Stillness – Women / Femmes of Color
Second and fourth Monday of every month
From: 7 pm – 9 pm at West Loop
Stillness is a space of courageous love and healing for all women of color along the gender spectrum. The foundation of Stillness is the subtle awareness gained through the practice of sitting and walking meditation. From this ground of breath and space we connect with ancestors, share collective wisdom and exercise the power of love within and between women of color for the benefit of all beings.
A $10 donation is suggested. No one is turned away. Bring your journal. Bring your friends.
