Sacred Path: Meek and Perky

Way of Shambhala: Joy in Everyday Life

May 2nd—May 30th

This is the 3rd class in the Everyday Life series; all are welcome. This class emphasizes awareness of the environment and expanding the heart. It introduces the contemplation of the Four Immeasurables for arousing and strengthening compassion for self. Continue »

Shambhala Training Level I: The Art of Being Human

May 4th—May 5th

In this 2 day workshop, students are introduced to the idea of basic goodness and the practice of meditation in a supportive, social environment. The weekend includes meditation practice, discussion, and individual meetings with meditation instructors. Continue »

Sacred Path: Outrageous and Inscrutable
