    Sadhana, literally "a means of accomplishment," is a spiritual practice that allows us to experience ourselves and the world beyond the narrow confines of ego's cocoonThe Sadhana of Mahamudra: Which Quells the Mighty Warring of the Three Lords of Materialism and Brings Realization of the Ocean of Siddhas of the Practice Lineage was written by Chögyam Trungpa Rinpoche.  This practice is offered monthly at the Shambhala Center, at the time of the new moon, for all who wish to participate.  The Sadhana consists of brief silent meditation, chanting, and mantra recitation.
