Every Sunday / 10 - 11:45 AM / Join Anytime

We welcome all to join us for Sunday meditation practice and dharma discussion! We are now reading Smile at Fear by Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche. The text is shared on zoom, if you don't have a copy.

There is no fee for this program, but we ask that you register in advance. Once registered, you will receive the link to access the meditation. Feel free to come once or many times, stay for the whole thing or leave early.

Donations always welcome - Donate Here.  Suggested: $5-10 per session.

Format for each session:

  • Meditation begins at 10 am with opening chants by the instructor:

Four Dharmas of Gampopa: Grant your blessings so that my mind may be one with the dharma/ Grant your blessings so that dharma may progress along the path/ Grant your blessings so that the path may clarify confusion/Grant your blessings so that confusion may dawn as wisdom.

Proclamation of Goodness: May basic goodness dawn/ May the confidence of goodness be eternal/ May goodness be all-victorious/ May that goodness bring profound brilliant glory!

  • Guidance into meditation practice
  • Walking Meditation (Mindful Break for stretching, getting a drink, etc)
  • Second meditation session.
  • Dharma discussion: Open for questions about meditation or other topics related to our lives and Buddhist teachings.
  • Dedications of Merit:

By this merit, may all attain omniscience/ May it defeat the enemy, wrongdoing/ From the stormy waves of birth, old age, sickness and death/ From the ocean of samsara, may I free all beings.

By the confidence of the golden sun of the great east/ May the lotus garden of the Rigden's wisdom bloom/ May the dark ignorance of sentient beings be dispelled/ May all beings enjoy profound brilliant glory.

PLEASE NOTE: After your registration is processed, the Zoom link will be sent to your email. Please check your spam folder if you do not see it. If you register right before the session, you may not receive the link immediately.
