In Person Tuesday Evening Meditation at the West Loop Shambhala Center

    Chicago Shambhala is introducing in person meditation every Tuesday evening beginning Nov. 16 from 7pm to 8:30pm.  We offer one hour of sitting and walking meditation and a half hour of discussion of meditation related topics.  Doors open at 6:45, stay as long as you like. 

    Newcomers welcome and meditation instruction is available. If you would like meditation instruction please arrive by 7pm.  Everyone needs to arrive by 7:15 unless they have made prior arrangements.

    Note that these in person sessions are in addition to, not instead of,  continuing Tuesday evening meditation on Zoom.

    Masking is required, and social distancing recommended. You will be asked to sign a COVID waiver/ contact form. The Center has an upgraded HVAC system. 

    This event is free but donations are appreciated. Even small donations are critical to keeping the Center's activities going.
