    Mindfulness is a word we hear a lot lately, but what does it really mean to practice mindfulness? Please join us for this free informational session, Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).

    We will discuss mindfulness practices, and how we can become more mindful and live our lives more fully.  Mindfulness involves cultivating a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life.  Mindfulness helps you access the ability to be non-judgmental, patient, present and aware.  Stress and anxiety can be lessened through mindfulness practices.

    While this course is free, please register, so that we can send you the Zoom meeting link.

    If you are curious about mindfulness or the upcoming 8-week MBSR class that begins Wednesday, January 19, please join us.  This informational session is a reqirement for joining the 8-week class.
