Shambhala Chicago regularly offers programs that are designed for beginner meditators. These programs are led by experienced instructors who provide a welcoming, approachable environment to explore the practice of meditation for beginners.

These range from one-time workshops to longer, retreat-style programs. Occasionally we also offer Contemplative Arts programs, which combine mindfulness practices with art-making. See our current introductory offerings below:
