Introductory




Shambhala Chicago regularly offers programs that are designed for beginner meditators. These programs are led by experienced instructors who provide a welcoming, approachable environment to explore the practice of meditation for beginners. These range from one-time workshops to longer, retreat-style programs, as well as weekly in-person and online sittings where people of all skill-levels are welcome.
