
Tuesday Evening Meditation ONLINE

Looking for a virtual meditation group where you can drop in when you like or attend regularly and get to know other meditators? Continuing research shows the physical and mental benefits of consistent practice. Led by authorized teachers, this Tuesday evening group offers instruction in meditation and mindfulness skills, including 20-30 minutes of guided meditation highlighting various aspects of the meditation experience. Meditation is followed by a discussion of issues that tend to arise in meditation practice (physical difficulties, working with emotions, wandering attention) and the relationship of meditation to everyday life.
