    Mindfulness is a word we hear a lot lately, but what does it really mean to practice mindfulness? Please join us for this free informational session, Introduction to Mindfulness and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Highly recommended if you want to enroll in the 8 week MBSR course.  

    We will discuss mindfulness practices, and how we can become more mindful and live our lives more fully.  Mindfulness involves cultivating a different relationship between you and the things that challenge you in your life.  Mindfulness helps you access the ability to be non-judgmental, patient, present and aware.  Stress and anxiety can be lessened through mindfulness practices.
